Yellow Himalayan Raspberry

Walking solo along the path from Ghandruk to Shikha, I met a Nepali guide with two French hikers. As we passed this Raspberry bush, he stopped to eat a few and I tried some myself. They were sweet and bitter and seedy, like any wild raspberry or blackberry I've had. Not something I would have tasted during a solo trip without a local guide present to verify the plant.
